AUCA students of the Sociology Department - Aizura Batyralieva, Parwin Faizi, Waris Ahmad Faizi are studying at Otto-von-Guericke-Universität (OVGU) in Magdeburg, Germany. The Sociology Department provided students with full scholarships under “Erasmus + mobility grants” for the semester.

The Anthropology departement Is hosting three interns from the Central European University, Austria.

On June 16, 2022, the MAT (Masters of Arts in Teaching) of the American University of Central Asia was awarded by “Best Programme” Award by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and The Agency for Quality Assurance in the Field of Education “EDNET”.

Brady Wegner is a student of University of Wisconsin-Madison and an exchange student at American University of Central Asia. Brady spent a semester at AUCA and shared his experience with us.

Get Engaged: Student Action & Youth Leadership conference is an annual leadership program run by Bard College that brings together undergraduate students to strengthen a global network of leaders and innovators who are working with community partners to develop solutions to local and global challenges.

On June 11, a graduation ceremony was held at the American University of Central Asia.

On June 13th, the very first day of the workshop on Modernizing Curriculum towards the Goals of UN SDGs for Central Asian Universities on "Climate Action" and "Sustainable Cities and Communities" was held on the AUCA campus.

The project is held at AUCA with the support of the United States Department of State in partnership with International Center Meridian in Washington.
