AUCA announces "STREAM" competition
American University of Central Asia announces the “Stream” vocal-musical competition among high school students of Kyrgyzstan for winning three four-year education scholarships to study at AUCA. The upcoming cast will be held from 11th to 22nd of January at the AUCA new campus, from 12:00 to 12:45.

Partnership with Clemson University Center for Behavior Analysis
Master of Arts in Applied Psychology (MAPAP) Program at AUCA is pleased to announce the launch of its partnership with Clemson University Center for Behavior Analysis. Within this partnership program, MAPAP students will have the opportunity to take a sequence of courses in applied behavior analysis recognized by the American Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).

On December 23, 2015, Leon Lui from the China Universal Press and Publication Co., Ltd. brought new books about Chinese culture, history, and classical literature to the AUCA library. All books are in English.

On December 15, 2015 AUCA Alumna Guzyal Hill held the lecture “How to Get a PhD in Australia” for AUCA students, faculty, and alumni. Hill is a lawyer and a PhD student researching the harmonization of federal legislation at Charles Darwin University, Darwin, Australia.

Ian Gorog: "I try to stimulate my students' minds"
Ian Gorog is a European Studies Professor at AUCA. This year he is teaching The concept of European Sustainable Development, Social Europe, European Union Law and Human Rights (a course co-taught with Nicholas Mazik), Political Communication, and New Mass Media. Ian has told us about himself, and what inspired him to become a professor.
